NH Route 104 MVA
July 14, 2019
Meredith Fire Department personnel were alerted at 1:00 of a motor vehicle accident in the area of 561 NH Route 104. Companies arrived on scene to a single vehicle that had left the road and rolled over, coming to rest in the tree line. The two occupants of the vehicle had self-extricated prior to arrival. Stewarts Ambulnce personnel evaluated both subjects. Both denied injury and refused transport to the hospital. Meredith personnel secured vehicle power and awaited vehicle removal. All companies returned to service at 1:57.
New Hampton Motor Vehicle Accident

Meredith companies were called at 11:35 to assist New Hampton for a vehicle accident involving fire. A tractor trailer unit struck another disabled tractor trailer in the breakdown lane on Interstate 93 North and the collision ignited both vehicles. Both vehicles were not carrying any cargo and both drivers were uninjured. The first arriving officer requested a 2nd alarm structural response for tankers to the scene. 14 Engine 4 responded to fill the assignment. Meredith personnel assisted with fire suppression and overhaul. Meredith companies were released from the scene at 12:11 hours. |
